Cornelius Bass is a Swedish illustrator from the Feta Typer collective. He posts simple but interesting illustrations to his blog every day so subscribe to it if you like his stuff.
I just discovered this new blog called Colour Post that looks like it has potential. Daniel Collinsworth posts some really nice color schemes from his collection. I especially love the ones that he extracts from found images.
Illustrator Lehel Kovacs occasionally makes some really nice typographic illustrations based on Yahoo headlines of the day. You can purchase some prints of those, along with other fantastic illustrations at his shop. If you want to follow his progress, he also maintains a blog.
